Testimonial

After I became a CSFA I began to research where to start.  Obviously, I had to bill on my own or hire a company.  Based on the results I saw at the facility that tried billing for my services, they were having a difficult time, and I started to think it may not be worth trying to collect.  I knew the reimbursements they received was not enough to sustain my new business.

When I started my selection of a billing company I started with the typical Google search. Unfortunately, the more I researched the more I realized there were more billing companies that have went out of business, than were still in business.  What was more disturbing was the companies I called and never got a call back.  I did receive two or three phone calls back and a few emails with gratitude of my interest, but that was 1 week later.  If a company has to wait to call you back for that length of time then you’re probably going to get the same service when you need help and guidance or have questions on your claims.

From the time I first emailed David at Mederi, LLC, I was called within 5 minutes.  I was in shock to say the least.  I knew there was a sense of urgency with his company.  I’ve seen this urgency with Mederi filing my claims and the rate my reimbursements are returned.

My first indication that Mederi was the best decision was the very first reimbursement I collected.  I still have that reimbursement and it was one of the proudest moments of my life.  I finally realized all the training, workshops and late hours had finally paid off and Mederi helped me reach that point.  As with anyone I’ve had my typical ups and downs but I’ve had the team at Mederi Services to walk me through the typical denial letters, refusal to pay and the times you hear the rumors of insurance carriers are stopping reimbursement of first assistants.  Thank goodness David and his team were there to walk me through and keep me calm during the first days and months of starting a first assistant practice.

The greatest benefit I’ve had with Mederi Services has been the ability to navigate through the process of billing as painlessly as possible.  And I do mean painlessly.  Each individual insurance company has its own nuance how it handles each bill.  Don’t think it’s easy either.  I know of other providers who have given up on billing for services due to the complexity of the process.  Therefore losing revenue and much needed income source in any medical practice.

My greatest improvement is the ease of looking over detailed reports to track cases and knowing where the claim is standing.  These reports are detailed and helps with my yearly filing with taxes.  My accountant has been pleased with the ease of navigating reports too.  This has saved me a significant amount of time and money as a result.  As business has increased Mederi has helped me adapt to changes in the market and ability to watch changing trends as they come about.

The future of medical practices is changing.  Along with it so has billing.  You have to have a company and a leader that has years of experience with knowledge of trends as they come and go too.  Whether you are a single Surgical Assistant or the manager of a large practice with 30 Surgical Assistants, Mederi is more than capable, knowledgeable, adaptable, and responsible to handle the needs of any organization.  Don’t be one of the stories of lost revenue.  Choose Mederi Services, LLC for your success.
